The installation process involved several key steps. First, we stripped out the existing fixtures and brick cladding, and completed the first fix electrical work. Next, we constructed the fitting rooms and carried out general repairs. Following that, we handled the decoration and completed the second fix electrical work. We then installed all the new fixtures and furniture, ensuring everything was in place and functioning. Finally, we conducted thorough quality checks before handing over the space to ensure everything met our high standards.

We were responsible for the bespoke production of various elements, including stainless steel doors and facade, black powder-coated hanging rails, and solid concrete rail blocks. Additionally, we created a sales counter with a stainless steel effect laminate, edge-lit mirrors, and a custom TV frame and plinth. To enhance the visual appeal, we designed LED-lit shelves and a feature panel, along with fitting room curtains and rails. Finally, we produced both internal and external signage to complete the overall design and branding of the space.

We managed the entire project from start to finish, overseeing all contractors and suppliers while coordinating logistics. We ensured the necessary paperwork was provided, including RAMS, insurance, technical drawings, RD1-RD4, O&Ms, and As-Built Drawings upon project completion. To secure South St's consent to trade, we worked closely with Westfield, providing the required certifications, which included Building Control, Electrical, Fire Safety (including Fire Stopping), HVAC, Sprinkler, and Water Chlorination.
