Our first project with the Australian brand South St in London Westfield.
South St contacted us during the Christmas break with an urgent requirement to assist them with their first retail project in the UK. With a store design concept already in place from their Australian stores, they needed our help bringing it to London Westfield.
Our main challenge was the the ambitious handover date from sign off that South St wanted us to work to (circa twelve weeks).

In simple terms, the installation included the following: 1) Strip/out of existing fixtures & brick cladding + 1st Fix Electrical 2) Construction of fitting rooms and general repairs 3) Decoration + 2nd Fix Electrical 4) Installation of all new fixtures and furniture 5) Quality checks before handover
We were responsible for all the bespoke production that comprised of the following: Stainless steel doors/facade, black powder-coated hanging rails, solid concrete rail blocks, sales counter with stainless steel effect laminate, edge lit mirrors, TV frame & plinth, LED lit shelves & feature panel, fitting room curtains & rails and internal & external signage.
We managed the project from start to finish by coordinating all contractors & suppliers and arranging the logistics. We provided the essential paperwork, including RAMS, Insurance, Technical Drawings, RD1-RD4, O&Ms and As-Built Drawings on the completion of the project. Regarding validations and getting South St consent to trade, we required and provided Westfield with the following certificates: Building Control, Electrical, Fire Safety (including Fire Stopping), HVAC, Sprinkler and Water Chlorination.
