We work in collaboration with our clients to produce the project's concept. Our designers create 3D render packs to provide a realistic representation of how the final design will look in reality. We help make decisions on materials, finishes and furniture placement, and we'll identify potential issues before any physical work begins allowing for adjustments before it's too late.
Once the client has approved the 3D render pack, we move on to the Technical Drawings to primarily ensure that the final product meets both the client's expectations and building regulations. They are also used to provide accurate costs, gain approval from landlords/venues, communicate the finished product to contractors, and aid in project management. Our comprehensive Technical Drawing packs include elevations, sections, ceiling & lighting plans, electrical drawings, facade & signage details and a finishing schedule.
Our project managers oversee and coordinate all aspects of the project, from initial planning and design to final installation and handover. Their primary role is to ensure the project is completed on time and to the required quality standards. They're responsible for developing a project plan outlining the work scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Our project managers also create a schedule that outlines the tasks that need to be completed and coordinate communication between the client, the landlord/venue, contractors and suppliers to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals. A crucial element of their role is handling all validation contractors and ensuring that all certificates are received in time to allow our clients to start trading.
We handle all bespoke manufacturing requirements for metalwork, plastic, signage, and glazing, and our in-house carpentry division takes care of all the joinery elements in our workshop. Our custom-made furniture undergoes quality checks during production to minimise defects and increase longevity. We take pride in making personalised furniture and displays that help differentiate the client's brand from competitors.
In addition, we consider minimising waste and ensuring our materials are sustainably sourced. We have worked with a vast network of tried and trusted suppliers for many years, so we know where to get quality fabrication and quick lead times at highly competitive prices.
Since Bobblehat's inception in 2013, we have built a reliable installation team that travels nationally to carry out our project installations. Our team comprises site managers, fitters, electricians, decorators and plumbers. They have excellent attention to detail, customer service, and technical skills. We have the experience to complete every job on time as quickly as possible to an exceptional standard with minimal snagging.
