Our recent project with Leem in London Westfield.
Leem is a destination for contemporary fashion that seamlessly blends elegance and sophistication with the latest trends. The Middle Eastern brand approached us with an urgent requirement to deliver their first store in the UK and after a competitive tender, we were awarded the contract.

Our PM team managed our own crew of fitters and any 3rd party contractors that were required (Fire Alarm, HVAC, Security Alarm & Sprinklers).
They also handle all the logistics and necessary paperwork, which included submitting RAMS, Insurance and managing the RD1-RD4 process.
Before production commenced, we gathered material samples to agree with Leem to ensure they were satisfied with all the finishes.
The extensive bespoke production order included, rose gold powder-coated metalwork, solid concrete plinths, internal & external signage, upholstered stools, mirrors, a giant TV unit, light boxes, curtains and a timber framed counter with a rose gold laminate finish.
The onsite delivery took place over 6 weeks where a vast number of tasks were undertaken. The work on site included sanding back & treating the timber floor, decoration throughout, electrical work and the installation of all furniture, fixtures, curtains and mirrors. We carried out all work within the extremely tight deadline and Leem opened their store to the public in time.
