With a tight timeline and a clear vision, we collaborated closely with the Leem team to ensure every detail was aligned with their brand identity. From planning through to installation, the project was delivered on schedule and to the highest standard — establishing a strong foundation for their UK retail presence.

Our Project Management team oversaw both our in-house fitters and any necessary third-party contractors, including Fire Alarm, HVAC, Security Alarm, and Sprinkler specialists.
They also managed all logistics and necessary documentation, including submitting RAMS, Insurance, and overseeing the RD1-RD4 process.
Before production began, we carefully collected material samples and collaborated with Leem to ensure that all finishes met their expectations.
The bespoke production order was extensive and included rose gold powder-coated metalwork, solid concrete plinths, internal and external signage, upholstered stools, mirrors, a large TV unit, light boxes, curtains, and a timber-framed counter finished with a rose gold laminate.
The onsite delivery spanned 6 weeks, during which numerous tasks were completed. This included sanding and treating the timber floor, full decoration, electrical work, and the installation of furniture, fixtures, curtains, and mirrors. Despite the extremely tight timeline, we successfully completed all work, enabling Leem to open their store on schedule.
