Our recent design concept and fit-out for the American dancewear brand Capezio.
Capezio approached us in the autumn of 2022 after they were impressed with a store we had designed and installed in Covent Garden for our client, Kick Game. They decided to relocate their existing store in Covent Garden to the store next door, and the initial challenge was to create a new store concept that would tie in with the store's current features.

We worked closely with Capezio to develop the store concept and had to be mindful that the new identity would work with the existing brickwork and herringbone flooring. A clean and relatively minimal approach was at the forefront of our design to ensure the store wasn't crowded with heavy/bulky fixtures. Our designers produced a full render pack to show Capezio to agree on, and once it was finalised, the project's technical drawings and production phase commenced.
Our technicians worked on all the necessary technical drawings, which included detailed production drawings for all the bespoke joinery, metalwork, glazing and signage. They also included 2D retail plans, 2D basement & stockroom plans, elevation, lighting, and mechanical drawings. Once we had agreed on the production drawings with the client, we handled all the fabrication, which included bespoke: signage, mirrors, metal fixtures, seating, cabinets, counters and free-standing units.
The installation took place over 4 weeks and the core team comprised of a site manager, 5 fitters, decorators and electricians.
We handled all the required Third Party & Validation contractors and their paperwork. The contractors included: Building Control, HVAC, Shutter Doors, Water Chlorination, Fire Safety, Audio & CCTV specialists.
