Our journey with Eleventy started in 2018 when we met for an introductory meeting in Selfridges. We installed an elegant retail space in Selfridges three months later that reflected their brand.
Since then, we have delivered multiple projects for Eleventy in venues such as Harrods, Bicester Village and Brown Thomas. Eleventy's challenge was that they were looking to expand their store portfolio in the UK.
Their management team was based in Italy, so they needed an experienced project manager and a reliable installation team based in the UK to work closely with them and deliver each project.
For each Eleventy retail project, we have provided Technical Support. This includes conducting initial Site Surveys and providing detailed drawings & notes for their Milan-based architect to enable them to work on the 2D plans and Renders.
We also assist with and approve the manufacture drawings to ensure that all the bespoke joinery and metalwork will work within the space before they are manufactured.

We oversee each Eleventy project from start to finish by coordinating the contractors & suppliers and arranging the logistics.
We've provided the essential paperwork to each venue before the installation, including RAMS, Insurance and any other relevant Technical Drawings.
In addition, we've handled all the required 3rd party contractors, such as Sprinklers, HVAC, Water Chlorination, Fire Alarms/Fire Safety and Building Control and provided all the necessary paperwork to grant them consent to trade.
Our installation team have taken care of the construction phase of each Eleventy project, including structural work, floor installation, walls, ceilings and lighting.
Following the construction phase, we have finished each retail space by installing all the fixtures, furniture, decor and merchandising displays.
Our installation team consists of site managers, fitters, electricians, plumbers, decorators and flooring & signage specialists.
In summary, we have been working with Eleventy for 5 years and we have delivered each project on time and on budget. We have enjoyed working with this Italian luxury brand and we look forward to future projects.
