Bloch
For each project, we assign an account & project manager to oversee your project from start to finish.
They will keep in close contact with you at all stages and will be responsible for arranging site surveys, logistics, project programming, RAMS, insurance and submitting all necessary paperwork.
We can provide 2D Plans, 3D Renders and Technical & Production Drawings.
Our Design Packs are comprehensive and include all the necessary details, so we can get your retail project approved by any Landlord or Venue nationwide.
If our design service is required, we can visualise your ideas or work with you to produce a brand-new design concept.
If you already have your design pack in place, we can bring it to life.
We will oversee and manage all the required contractors and trades before and during the installation of your project which will include our own team of fitters, electricians, decorators and flooring & signage fitters.
We will also oversee any third party contractors required for your project that we often work with which may include specialists in areas such as: awnings, glazing, hvac, cctv, audio, fire safety and building control.
We take care of all the bespoke manufacturing requirements for timber, metalwork, plastic, signage and glazing.
With a vast network of tried and trusted suppliers, we know where to get quality fabrication at great prices.
Our skilled and reliable team of fitters and contractors carry out our installations to an exceptional standard.
